Milan Pribisic was born in Belgrade, Serbia (former Yugoslavia) where he studied journalism and cultural studies and worked as film and theatre critic. He holds a Ph.D. in Theatre Studies from Kent State University where he studied with a great teacher and scholar Rosemarie K. Bank. He has been teaching as an adjunct faculty member in the School of Communication at Loyola University Chicago since 2004. Milan is also a Resident Dramaturg of Chicago’s Trap Door Theatre where he served as production dramaturg on numerous shows.
